Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LocalAISource ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and professionals with listings.

2. Account Registration

To create a professional listing or access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. Professional Listings

If you create a professional listing on LocalAISource, you represent and warrant that:

• All information in your profile is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the qualifications, experience, and credentials you claim.
• You will keep your listing current and update it when your information changes.

LocalAISource reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our content policies, at our sole discretion.

4. Business Accounts and Reporting

Business and agency accounts may access reporting features including profile views, search impressions, and lead analytics. These metrics are provided for informational purposes and may vary based on your subscription tier.

5. Subscription and Billing

• All professional listings require a paid monthly subscription. Plans start at $49/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any listing or review.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes without permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems.
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on LocalAISource is owned by Manufacturing Solutions Group or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Platform content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LocalAISource is a directory platform that connects businesses with AI professionals. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any listed professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalAISource and Manufacturing Solutions Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between users and listed professionals.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the directory and your data handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
